Newbie Posts: 10 Group: Forum-Only Member Member #2,856 Joined: October 15, 2010	I was wondering, does anyone know when updates the downloadable content and the tutorials, on the website. As far as I can see the last updates were made for the months of september, I joined the site as a member, and look forward to the content. If anyone knows anything please let me know.... I have always been contactable through here and until recently, through the website m8?) Jeramie, I did contact you personally via email bud. Being in hospital makes it difficult to keep on top of your work, especially the website which sits on a PC in the office and can't be updated from anywhere else. The website will be back on very shortly and those who have been members here with me for several years or more will tell you, the website has been an issue every now and then with technical hitches but sometiems, that is technology for you! I have tried my best to explain. I have offered many sevices for OI members for many years for next to nothing and these have usually run very smoothly so it is a shame that when the odd hitch is thrown up that I am bombarded with accusations of not running things correctly? That's a bit unfair. The memberships originally used to be more expensive and for the very small fee it has become the information on the website already and ALL the data on the forum - in my opinion - makes it excellent value for money, wether it is regularly updated or not. I try my best and that is all I can ever do. If that isn't good enough then i can only apologise and suggest perhaps another website is best for those who think this. In the 6 years I have been running OI of course, we've had the odd issue, especially when offering services attached to digitally-driven products because THAT is the nature of the beast but I can count on one hand the complaints we've had and they have always been addressed in the best way I can manage. I apologise if any of you have become dissalusioned or are in any way unhappy, those who know me well are more than aware that I have had my fair share of issues in 2010 but that matters not - I have always tried to continue with OI bringing a quality website and a decent forum and if anyone feels I have failed and it has effected them personally then all I can do is apologise.
