I think we are still formulating at the moment Clive  I think there is at least a couple of weeks work at the new unit to get things up to scratch. The network and comms alone will take a week and there is a fair bit of building work to do as it is just a shell right now. Priority 1, build my office and get the systems back online and tested, then it is a case of sorting out the workshop area, goods in/out and the paintshop. How about we aim for a June weekend so we all have plenty notice and can plan accordingly? |

Well lads looks like you all been busy over the weekend...lol...you can count me in for sure if thats ok with you guys.... would love to get involved...was really counting on doing the bike show myself but started seeing the costings going up me and the misses were like this is gonna cost an arm an a leg so we were gonna pull out anyways...but ye...right up for a little paint jam type of thing, would be good fun |

We haven't got a date sorted yet. I looked at the terms of our lease and we are not supposed to operate on a Sunday at the site as there are residential properties around it. I'll ask the management if it would be ok to host the party there for the weekend, I doubt they will say no and I'll pre-empt it by asking the residents if they are ok with it. Now the important stuff, who drinks bitter? I have a very good friend who works for the Hogs Back Brewery and can get us beer at staff rates If there are enough people interested, I'll see if I can get a couple of barrels of something good  There are also a couple of farm shops very near by and we can get steaks, sausages, the whole shooting match from them at a reasonable cost. I have Costco and Makro membership through the business so I can sort out the side dishes stuff like buns and coleslaw etc and plates, glasses, cutlery etc. I need to have an idea of numbers so I can work out a cost so who wants to start the ball rolling...admins, is there a way to track numbers and who they are? Failing that, you can all just e-mail me via the link on OI (I never put my e-mail addy on a forum as those damn spam robots seem to grab it and send me shed loads of crapola  )
