Wow! Now that was a close shave guys :)

Congratulations Dan, I thought this was a great piece and I'd love to see it in the flesh so to speak if you come to the London Bike Show.

Nice one Stu, very close but well done bud as that was almost joint first!

Kookie, I am sure you have started a craze with the pumpkin painting bud, I thought that was great.

Uta, that Goodeve + True Fire was excellent, great artwork and would love to see more.

Cackiepratt, I loved the sihouettes against the moon, thought that was excellent and the skull colours you chose were spot on

Mr Bean, I really loved your idea of the fire bursting out from the pumpkin and the flames were very good.

Let's hope we can more folks voting next time.

I will arrange the prizes very soon for you Dan and get them off.

Thank you ALL for entering and taking the time, here's to the next one (which will feature some very cool gear to win!) ;)

Cheers . .

would do if i had any left

Do's that mean i can put 'award winning artist' on my website now :scratchin: ??

Cheers Beej for putting the compo on, it was a very good excuse to be in my shed painting, plus, as I'm trying to get a portfolio up together at the mo, its was good to be painting something i would never have thought of without the theme.

problem is that as i knew it was only going to be photographed and shrunk i didn't bother too much about small cock-ups or the surface finish which is a bit crap

Now I've had a taste of painting big stuff I've just gone out and bought another 8ft/4ft sheet but this time MDF not plywood so I can get a proper finish as I've a painting in my head I've been wanting to do for AGES :D

I'll stick some progress pictures up in the murals bit.
