Ive been feeling the pull towards my airbrush real bad the last couple of days and today i decied to pick up my little iwata and have a play cos after working some stupid hours at my day job (god i whish i could airbrush full time and pay the bill at the same time) and getting everything ready for the birth of my little girl in a week and a halfs time we were becoming strangers

I was inspired big time by a guy called Clinton over on another forum full of bad mouthing and arguments, naming no names lol.

Anyway, this is just the pic of the "Canvas". it is a sheet of steel about 6 feet long and 3 feet high.

Tell ya what, covering this in a coat of basecoat sealer dark with my little Iwata HP-CH has taken me bloody ages ROFLMAO

Ill keep posting pics as i go along with this one

This is before i did anything to it, more coming soon...

you are joking about covering that with an airbrush i hope!!!

if you ever need to use a larger gun give me a shout! i could cover that in about 2 minutes!

I think i've seen the piece by Clinton - is it the Superheroes piece?

hehe no joke Bob, took about an hour till i was happy with the eveness (is that a word  ) of the coats.

Thanks for the offer of the spraying, ive got another of these bloody great bits of steel so ill keep it in mind for when i wanna do something on that one ;)

Your right about the bit by Clinton, his superhero bit was amazing. I have had plans for something big for a while but i just couldnt decide on what to paint. Thanks to Clinton i decided tho.

Ill keep you all guessing as to what superhero theme im gonna be doing though :D

another early start and late finish at work today so i havent had a lot of time to play with this tonight. Ive got the general layout of it sorted though although i still need a good pic of Aunt May to go to the left of the gorgous Kirsten Dunst.

All the light sourses are wrong but that is something i can sort out while i paint it. Spidey needs to be much brighter too :)
