Congrats to Brian Jinks who was drawn from the hat of entries for the Premium Membership contest and has won a copy of Daniel Power's DVD.

We are still running the contest so for those who have not become a member then you still have a chance of winning this amazing 7.5 hrs of tutorial and exercises with bonus footage of Daniel painting the finished piece too (which he wouldn’t normally do at the end of his workshops in Oz so it’s a real bonus watching him paint the full portrait).

The DVD is based on a 4-Day class which Dan would normally teach in Australia at his workshop. If you are interested in the Masterclass which Dan and I are teaching this year in September in Cornwall (Caerhays Castle - Etac & Auto-Borne) and in Doncaster (House of Kolor paint shop - solvent-based class) then booking a place will also get you a FREE copy of Dan's DVD and a FREE copy of the Skully stencil PLUS our new Sibling stencil when it comes out soon.

We will be announcing the dates very shortly but for you guys, here's a heads up: - Doncaster (House of Kolor) Tues 15th - Fri 18th Sept - Caerhays Castle, Cornwall Tues 22nd Sept - Fri 25th Sept.

Workshops will be from 10 am - 5pm and the cost will be £599 which also includes lunch each day and refreshments. 2 Tutors for the price of one and a shit-load of fun plus, your chance to get on a DVD as we intend filming the whole experience starting very soon as a kind of Long Way Round sort of documentary way. Booking will be live on the website very soon, hopefully by this weekend.

Congrats again to Brian and I will also get Dan to sign the next batch of DVD's for the prizes. smile.gif micron.gif

Congrats to Brian - excellent prize.

Ive been watching this and only just finished the first dvd - gotta watch it so I know what im talking about to customers (well one of us here has to!)

Its so good I can't recomend it enough - got a bit sick of the ABA dvd's as you only really get about 20-30mins of hardcore content after all the waffle about preping, paints and the "look at me-aren't I great" gallery.

This is just info non-stop and Dan has some real good tips and a brilliant common sense approach to airbrushing. It also comes with a CD of images and reference, with a tips/instruction booklet, so you can replicate the course and make sure you have all the information you need. I shall crack on with the other two dvd's asap and let you know how I get on.

I dont feel bad recommending this to anyone as I know they will get excellent value for money- which is rare these days!

I think it is an excellent DVD. I admit that I haven't seen any others. My wife also found it interesting enough to want to watch all three DVDs. I believe the comments were "that makes sense" and "even I understand" so there you have it.
